Cracked Ammonia Purification Device
Product Working Principle:
The purification unit take the cracked ammonia gas as the raw material, under the reaction of the molecule seive, the mixture of 75% H2 and 25% N2 is becoming more pure and the water and the residual ammonia is being reomoved by this installation.
The equipment has compact design, convenient installation, the core part of this system is the 5A molecule seive,which is the high efficient material of adsorption, and its service life is also very long.The unit is often designed in pairs, the purpose is to use it alternatively. That means one is working while another one is renewing, and hence realize the non-stop working.
Above is the standard deployment, But we also can make the equipment according to customers' special demand:
1. PLC programmed controller can be added, which can automatically control the various working states of the equipment.
2. Dew point detector can be added.
3. Gas content testing system can be added.

The gas made in this method is a good protective gas which can be used widely in steel wire industry, metallurgical industry, semiconduction industry and other industries and science research where need protective gas.
1. Ammonia is easy to be cracked: With not very high pressure, under the reaciton of nickle catalysts, and a temperature controlled at around 800ºC, the ammonia will nearly completely crack, with the cracking rate reaching 99.9%.
2. Easy to refine the gas: As the raw material, the liquid ammonia is very high purity. The volatile impurities are only little inert gas and water dissolved in the liquid ammonia and there is nearly no oxygen. So the water can be removed by adsorbing way while the gas going through the 5A molecular sieve.
